Terms & Conditions

Thank you for visiting our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

1. Introduction

  1. You are able to browse our website and place orders without registering your details with us. However, by registering you will have access to additional features such as your order history.
  2. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You should check this website from time to time to review the latest terms and conditions.

2. Ordering

  1. You can place an order with us on our website, in our shop or by phone.
  2. If you place your order online, you will receive an order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered.
  3. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we despatch the goods. If you place your order on our website we will send you a despatch confirmation by email.
  4. We may refuse to accept your order:
    1. Where products are unavailable;
    2. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; or
    3. If there has been a pricing or product description error.

3. Pricing

4. Delivery
  1. Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details of the recipient, including their name, phone number, address and postcode. We will not accept responsibility for any orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied to us.
  2. Ensuring that there will be someone at the delivery address on the day of delivery is the responsibility of the sender. Floral Pride cannot accept responsibility or any costs incurred if delivery fails due to there being no one available to accept delivery of the order.
  3. If the recipient is not available to accept delivery of the order, the driver will attempt to leave it with a neighbour or leave in a safe place eg. garage and will put a card through the recipient's door advising of this.
  4. If no neighbours are home,and no safe place, the flowers will be returned to Floral Pride where they can be collected.
  5. A second delivery charge will need to be paid for another delivery attempt, which we will contact you about prior to resending the flowers.
  6. For orders where a third party will accept and sign for the delivery on the recipient's behalf, such as a workplace, college, university, hospital or apartment block with a concierge, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the recipient shall be taken as proof of delivery.

5. Product Availability

  1. Whilst it is our intention to only show items on the website that are in stock, all products are subject to availability. Therefore, we reserve the right to substitute any unavailable flowers with others of a similar type and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
  2. If you do not wish us to do this, please contact us before placing your order.

6. Complaints

  1. If your order arrives damaged or you have a complaint regarding its quality, please notify us by telephone as soon as possible within 24 hours
  2. We will send a replacement free of charge or provide a refund. If we provide a replacement, we will take back the original product provided.
  3. Problems that arise after this time are usually a result of poor aftercare, so please ensure that instructions on flower care are followed carefully. Please view our Flower Care page if you require any additional information on how to look after your flowers.
  4. We cannot accept responsibility for any problems with flower orders that occur due to situations beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:
    1. Flowers being left in direct sunlight.
    2. Flowers not given sufficient water.
    3. Flowers being exposed to extremes in temperature such as frost or a heat wave.
    4. Flowers getting damaged after being collected from our shop.

7. Cancellations and Returns

  1. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by telephone or email
  2. For flower, balloon or customised orders, only cancellations made at least 24 hours before the delivery date will be eligible for a refund. Orders cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day.
  3. As flowers and helium-filled balloons are perishable items, they cannot be returned under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
  4. If you wish to return any other non perishable/uncustomised item, you may do so within 7 working days of the order being delivered. Please contact us first to let us know and ensure you enclose a copy of the order confirmation email with the parcel so we know who to give the refund to. You may send the parcel by any postal service that you choose, but please note that we will not refund you for the return delivery cost. Once we receive the parcel we will process your refund. The original delivery cost will also be refunded provided that there were no non-returned items in the order.

8. Liability

  1. Some plants and flowers are harmful if consumed by people or pets and we accept no liability for any harm caused by inappropriate use of any of our products.
  2. Some flowers and their pollen may cause staining so care and attention must be exercised when handling them.
  3. We are in no way responsible if any staining does occur.

9. Licence

  1. You are permitted to download and print extracts from our website for your own use.
  2. The use of parts of this website other than in accordance with clause 9.1 above is prohibited unless you have obtained prior written permission from us.
  3. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights to all material on this website are owned by Floral Pride Florist.
  4. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

10. Website Availability

  1. While we endeavour to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time.
  2. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repair or for reasons beyond our control.

11. Disclaimer

  1. While it is our intention to ensure that the information on our website is correct at all times, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any material on the site.
  2. We may make changes to the content of the site at any time without notice.



  1. You may not sub-licence, assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions
  2. If any clause in these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that clause will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which shall continue to have full force and effect.
  3. Only the parties to these terms and conditions may seek to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.



 Silk Flower arrangements and bouquets


   I have seen the bouquet I want, but can I change the colours?

All of our bouquets can be changed in any way that you want.

If you would like a particular colourway, you can send us a sample to match up with.
You can send us photos of ideas for us to create similar styles, and also specify specific flowers to use.


I have only a small budget, can you work with me?

We can accomodate all budgets without compromising the quality of silk wedding flowers that we use. Feel free to contact us to discuss your budget

How long will my order take?

We normally take approx 3 to 4 weeks for most orders

I haven't got long till my wedding, can you do my order quicker?

We can occasionally fit in special 'rush' orders. Please contact us to confirm that we have available time to do this.

Do you use foam holders?

Our Premium range of bouquets and posies are made using Oasis bouquet holders, and are the ideal way of keeping your costs down.

All of our Bespoke silk wedding bouquets are made in the traditional way by being individually wired. This means that no matter how large a bouquet you choose, you can be confident that the flowers will never come loose.

Are the photos on your site all your own work?

Yes, all the wedding bouquets and displays shown on this site have been made by ourselves. We do not use library pictures. This is so that you can see the quality of our work.

I know exactly what I want, can you make it?

We can create almost any bouquet or display to your specifications. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Will you have the flowers I want?

We believe that floralpride carry one of the largest stocks of silk flowers and foliages in Scotland.

I am worried about buying my bouquet without seeing it first

As we make your bouquets to order, we also send you photos for you to see. If you require any changes, we do these until you are satisfied. We want you to be the star of the show on your big day












Floral Pride collects the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by you such as survey information and/or site registrations, and name & address info for those who request to be included on Floral Prides mailing list. The information collected is used to notify you about updates to our Web site, to contact you for marketing purposes and to fulfill your requests for information.

It is not shared with other organizations for ANY purposes.
